I just want to have a good time and am up for almost anything if it sounds like fun. I spend most of my free time with friends going to restaurants and bars, taking road trips or just hanging out.

I'm creative and curious with a number of interests and hobbies -- videography, wood-working, making the perfect BBQ, writing -- but I like variety and prefer to dabble in a lot of things rather than focusing on just a few.

I don't follow any particular t.v. shows, more often than not it's just on for back-ground noise. When I do watch it I generally just flip around until I find something that doesn't seem to boring. But then I usually get distracted by something else during the commercials and forget to watch the rest of the show anyway.

I rarely go to the movies and just wait to download or rent whatever I really to see. Also, they seem to make everything in 3D now and I look like a dork in those glasses.

I like all kinds of music. Stuff from the 80s of course because I'm from the Brat Pack generation and it's just what we do. Aerosmith, Blondie and Joan Jett are among my favorites, but I also like Kid Rock, Pink, Bobby Darin, The Red Elvises, Dire Straights, Cher, Janis Joplin and The Supremes. Currently though, I'm a bit obsessed with Me First And The Gimme Gimmes and mashup videos.

I'm not a complicated person and it doesn't take much to make me happy. Manufactured drama, attention-seeking, feigned helplessness and game playing bore me senseless. I like hanging out with confident, secure, fun-loving people who can make me laugh. There's not much I like better than sitting around with my friends and laughing so hard I can't breathe and my stomach hurts.

I'm not political, I'm not religious and I'm not politically correct. My sense of humor tends toward the irreverent, sarcastic and ironic. I don't joke at anyone's expense or ever deliberately try to hurt or offend, but I say what I think and laugh at what I find funny, so having a bit of a thick skin is a benefit if you're my friend.
